Senior Product Manager
Braze is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Messaging Experience (MX) team, which focuses on enhancing the user experience for creating Canvases and Campaigns—the core products used by customers to orchestrate personalized messaging. This role involves developing a cohesive, efficient, and delightful workflow for marketers within the Braze platform.
The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for building and owning the vision, strategy, and product roadmap for the MX product area. Key responsibilities include collaborating closely with Engineers and Product Designers to bring new products and features to life, immersing in understanding customers, market trends, competition, and the technology landscape, and balancing the prioritization of new features with ensuring the product’s continued health to retain customer trust.
Candidates should have at least 5 years of Product Management experience, strong communication, storytelling, collaboration, organization, and persuasion skills, and a proactive, positive, can-do attitude. The ability to work within a cross-functional team and balance multiple projects at once is essential. Bonus points are given for experience working at a B2B SaaS company, at a high-scale technology startup, or with workflow orchestration or automation software.
