Senior Product Manager
Braze is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Messaging Experience (MX) team. This team is responsible for the user experience of creating Canvases and Campaigns, which are central to our platform's personalized messaging capabilities. Our goal is to make these workflows cohesive, efficient, and delightful for marketers.
In this role, you will build and own the vision, strategy, and product roadmap for the MX product area. Collaborating closely with Engineers and Product Designers, you will bring new products and features to life. Your responsibilities include immersing yourself in understanding our customers, market trends, competition, and the technology landscape, as well as balancing the prioritization of new features with ensuring the product’s continued health to retain customer trust.
The ideal candidate has over 5 years of Product Management experience, with strong communication, storytelling, collaboration, organization, and persuasion skills. A proactive, positive attitude is essential, along with the ability to work within a cross-functional team and balance multiple projects simultaneously. Eagerness to learn and grow is highly valued. Bonus points for experience working at a B2B SaaS company, a high-scale technology startup, or with workflow orchestration or automation software.
