Senior Product Manager
Braze is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Messaging Experience (MX) team, focusing on enhancing the user experience for creating Canvases and Campaigns—the core products used by marketers to orchestrate personalized messaging. This role is pivotal in ensuring these workflows are cohesive, efficient, and delightful for our customers.
The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for building and owning the vision, strategy, and product roadmap for the MX product area. Key responsibilities include collaborating closely with Engineers and Product Designers to develop new products and features, immersing in understanding customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape, and balancing the prioritization of new features with maintaining product health to retain customer trust. Additionally, the role involves establishing and managing stakeholder expectations and effectively communicating progress and decisions.
Candidates should have at least 5 years of Product Management experience, demonstrating strong communication, storytelling, collaboration, organization, and persuasion skills. A proactive, positive attitude with a track record of driving projects to successful completion is essential. The ability to work within a cross-functional team and manage multiple projects simultaneously is also required. Bonus points are given for experience working at a B2B SaaS company, high-scale technology startup, or with workflow orchestration or automation software.
