Senior Product Manager
Braze is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Messaging Experience (MX) team. This team is responsible for the user experience of creating Canvases and Campaigns—core products that enable our customers to orchestrate personalized messaging. Our goal is to make these workflows cohesive, efficient, and delightful for marketers.
In this role, you will build and own the vision, strategy, and product roadmap for the MX product area. Collaborating closely with Engineers and Product Designers, you will bring new products and features to life. A deep understanding of our customers, market trends, competition, and the technology landscape will be essential. You will also balance the prioritization of new features with ensuring the product's continued health to retain customer trust.
The ideal candidate has over 5 years of Product Management experience, with strong communication, storytelling, collaboration, organization, and persuasion skills. A proactive, positive, can-do attitude is essential, along with the ability to work within a cross-functional team and balance multiple projects at once. Eagerness to learn and grow is also important. Bonus points for experience working at a B2B SaaS company, at a high-scale technology startup, or with workflow orchestration or automation software.
For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $140,400 and $222,075 per year, with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $156,000 and $246,750 per year (including bonus or commission). In addition to cash compensation, this role qualifies for a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that you will own a piece of our company.
