Senior Product Manager, Clear

This role focuses on managing the curative AI agent portfolio, which enhances the speed and quality of real estate closings by automating complex tasks. In this role, the Senior Product Manager will oversee the entire lifecycle of the curative agent portfolio, including roadmap development, scoping, release management, adoption strategies, and iterative improvements. Responsibilities encompass defining precise requirements for AI systems operating across all 50 states, collaborating with Engineering and Design teams to deliver value-driven milestones, and writing clear product requirement documents (PRDs). Additionally, the role involves analyzing deployment and utilization data to inform product decisions and working closely with go-to-market (GTM) teams, Customer Success, and customers to drive adoption.
Candidates should have over five years of experience as a Product Manager, with a proven track record in building exceptional software products. Experience in developing AI agents, either professionally or personally, is essential, along with fluency in AI tools such as Claude Code. A strong understanding of AI models and their impact on industries, particularly real estate title, is crucial. The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytical, and possess exceptional written communication skills. Knowledge of enterprise SaaS or ERP products and a systems-thinking approach to complex, interconnected products are also important.
