Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager at 3rdRisk, a Diligent Brand, you will own your own product roadmap and drive the solution in the right direction by identifying market and customer needs and opportunities. You will be in direct contact with our customers to understand their needs, bring in market insights and data, and communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure the right vision is achieved for individual solutions. This is a cross-functional role, delivering impactful solutions on our Diligent Platform.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing product strategies that align with the company's vision, managing the product roadmap from ideation to launch, and serving as the leader of a cross-functional team comprising developers, UX designers, and stakeholders in Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining a prioritized backlog of user stories and monitoring the external market landscape to inform the product roadmap.

The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in a product management role, with recent experience in SaaS products. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong business acumen, and experience interacting directly with stakeholders at all levels are essential. Additionally, experience integrating with multiple products and certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner are desirable.
