Senior Product Manager
As a Senior Product Manager on the Core Experience (XP) team at EarnIn, you will be responsible for owning and evolving the foundational experiences that define how millions of community members interact with the app daily. This role requires deep user empathy, systems-level product thinking, and a strong bias toward action. You will shape shared surfaces and journeys across the app, ensuring a cohesive and intuitive experience as EarnIn continues to grow.
Key responsibilities include setting direction for shared experiences and journeys that span products, such as home, explore, navigation, activity, and cross-product flows. You will ensure these experiences remain intuitive and cohesive as new products and capabilities are introduced. Additionally, you will identify opportunities to improve clarity, discovery, and engagement through thoughtful experimentation and iteration, partnering with design, research, and data teams to test hypotheses and refine experiences based on real user behavior.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent industry experience. A minimum of 4 years of product management experience, ideally on consumer-facing or experience-heavy products, is required. Strong user experience instincts, a track record of improving end-to-end journeys, and the ability to manage complexity and competing inputs are essential. Comfort operating in ambiguity and a genuine enjoyment of experimentation are also important qualities for this role.
The base salary range for this full-time position is $206,000 to $252,000, plus equity and benefits. This is a hybrid position based in Mountain View, requiring in-office work two days a week. EarnIn offers a collaborative and fast-paced environment, providing opportunities for professional growth and the chance to make a significant impact on the financial well-being of its community members.
