Senior Product Manager - Extractors (Data Integration)

Celonis is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and scaling of its Extractor portfolio within the Data Integration team. This role is based in Bangalore, India, where Celonis is establishing a new Engineering Hub focused on enhancing data extraction capabilities. The successful candidate will collaborate with global product leadership to shape the strategic vision of the data pipeline and extractor ecosystem.

The Senior Product Manager will own the end-to-end lifecycle of critical data gateways, including native SAP integrations, database connectors, and the low-code Extractor Builder for Cloud SaaS. Responsibilities encompass defining and executing the product roadmap, identifying market shifts, navigating complex ERP architectures, and ensuring high-performance, secure, and resilient data extraction processes. The role involves transforming technical complexity into seamless "plug-and-play" experiences for large enterprises.

Key qualifications include over five years of experience in technical product management with a focus on data-centric products, deep understanding of data extraction patterns and protocols, and direct experience with enterprise ecosystems such as SAP or major cloud platforms. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, and excellent communication abilities to influence without authority.
