Senior Product Manager, Member Growth
Spring Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our acquisition and activation strategy, focusing on care continuity for higher-acuity members. This role operates at the intersection of growth strategy, clinical care models, and product execution, shaping how Spring Health scales program impact through data-driven iteration, experimentation, and system-level thinking. The position is based in New York City, with an expectation to be in the office 2-3 days a week.
The Senior Product Manager will define and own growth KPIs for acquisition and activation, ensuring metrics reflect both business outcomes and clinical intent. Responsibilities include identifying, prioritizing, and testing growth levers across the member journey, particularly for higher-acuity members. The role involves building and maintaining a continuous experimentation roadmap, partnering with data, design, engineering, data science, marketing, and clinical teams to design ethical, clinically sound tests that drive measurable impact. Additionally, the manager will organize cross-functional teams to enhance member-facing experiences and internal workflows, leveraging qualitative insights and behavioral data to refine strategies.
Candidates should have over 5 years of consumer-facing product management experience with a proven track record in driving user growth. Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making are essential. Expertise in experimentation, including hypothesis generation, A/B testing, results analysis, and iterative development, is required. Experience with cross-channel customer marketing platforms and A/B testing tools is also necessary. Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaboration skills are vital, along with a passion for mental health and a commitment to improving access to care. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
The target base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $202,400, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including equity and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
