Senior Product Manager
As a Senior Product Manager at Monks, you will lead cross-functional teams to define strategy, discover opportunities, and deliver digital products that solve real customer problems and drive business outcomes. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle—from research and requirements to launch and iteration—steering vision, prioritizing roadmaps, and making data-informed decisions. This is a remote role with occasional travel.
Your key responsibilities will include serving as a trusted advisor to clients, leading product-related decisions and stakeholder alignment. You will conduct market, business, and user research to translate insights into product strategy and roadmaps. Additionally, you will define product vision and KPIs, manage backlogs, prioritize features, and make trade-offs. Facilitating discovery, requirements workshops, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, and Delivery teams will also be part of your day-to-day work.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in product management, leading the end-to-end software product lifecycle. Strong discovery, prioritization, and requirements elicitation experience are essential. A solid understanding of web technologies, software development, and APIs is required. Proven client-facing consulting and stakeholder management skills are necessary, along with proficiency in agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, and familiarity with Figma or Miro. A data-driven approach with KPI definition and product analytics literacy is also important.
Monks offers a competitive salary range of $81,049 to $99,934 USD, depending on location and years of experience.
