The role involves designing and refining the new user experience to ensure rapid realization of value, developing and managing retention strategies across various communication channels, and defining the product roadmap for conversion and retention features in collaboration with engineering and design teams. Additionally, the Senior Product Manager will synthesize analytics and user research to inform continuous improvements and contribute to broader organizational initiatives as needed.

Candidates should have over five years of product management experience, with at least two years focused on growth, acquisition, or retention. A deep understanding of funnel analytics, including setting up measurements and designing effective experiments, is essential. Hands-on experience with lifecycle marketing channels such as email, SMS, and push notifications, along with knowledge of segmentation, A/B testing, and copywriting, is required. The role also demands strong written communication skills, the ability to balance brand aesthetics with performance metrics, and a preference for experience in direct-to-consumer product environments and high-growth companies.

The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $150,000 to $202,400, complemented by equity and comprehensive benefits.
