Senior Product Manager, PistonHeads
The Senior Product Manager for PistonHeads will lead initiatives to enhance the app and marketplace engagement, scale the auction platform, and develop new experiences across forum products. This role involves close collaboration with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Data teams to deliver user-focused products that drive business growth and community satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include driving app growth and engagement for the PistonHeads App, owning the lead generation and conversion funnel across the marketplace, improving lead quality through A/B testing, shaping and scaling the seller experience across Auctions and Classifieds, and enhancing content discovery and engagement through features like trending content and notifications.
The ideal candidate will have 5–7+ years of experience in product management, preferably within growth, new product launches, or marketplace environments. A proven track record of delivering data-driven improvements impacting engagement, conversion, and revenue is essential. The candidate should be confident working with technical systems, translating complexity into clear user value and engineering guidance, and experienced in leading cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and analytical skills are required, with a passion for automotive culture or enthusiast communities considered a plus.
The position offers a competitive salary range of £86,000 to £108,000 GBP per year.
