Senior Product Manager, Purchase Paths & Industry Relations (m/f/d)
The Senior Product Manager, Purchase Paths & Industry Relations at Awin is responsible for defining and leading the company's strategy for measuring and attributing emerging consumer purchase paths, including large language models (LLMs), social platforms, and new digital channels. This role involves representing Awin in senior partner conversations and industry standards forums, such as the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), to shape the future of performance marketing. The position requires a combination of commercial influence, deep expertise in tracking and attribution systems, and full ownership of a cross-functional product squad to translate market shifts into scalable product capabilities and revenue impact.
Key responsibilities include setting and executing Awin's strategy for measuring emerging purchase paths, evolving beyond traditional last-click models. The role also involves leading industry and partner influence by representing Awin in senior partner conversations and standards forums to shape tracking, privacy, and interoperability standards. Additionally, the Senior Product Manager will own product strategy and delivery by leading a cross-functional squad from discovery through delivery, defining clear problem statements, success metrics, and investment trade-offs. Driving commercial and platform impact by translating innovation into measurable business outcomes, such as adoption, partner growth, revenue uplift, and attribution accuracy, is also a key aspect of the role. Furthermore, the position entails elevating product standards by mentoring product managers, strengthening experimentation and insight quality, and ensuring strong cross-functional alignment across engineering, data, legal, and commercial teams.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in product management with a proven track record of successful product launches. Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills are essential, along with expertise in portfolio management, advanced data analysis, market trend analysis, and product lifecycle management. The role also requires experience in mentoring and guiding junior product managers, fostering a culture of innovation within the product management team, providing strategic leadership aligning with the organization's vision, facilitating collaboration between different departments and teams, and managing relationships with key stakeholders at a senior level.
