Senior Product Manager, Specialty Care, Foundations
Spring Health is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our Specialty Care program, which serves members with complex behavioral health conditions. This role involves defining and executing product strategies to eliminate barriers to care, with a focus on higher-acuity members. The position is based in New York City, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring 2-3 days per week in the office.
The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with the Specialty Care team to develop and implement product roadmaps aligned with company objectives and user needs. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, subject matter experts, and data scientists to deliver impactful products. The role also involves conducting comprehensive market research to identify new opportunities and ensuring product compliance with regulatory standards.
Candidates should have at least 5 years of product management experience, with a minimum of 2 years in behavioral health, healthcare, or a related field. A proven track record of delivering successful products in fast-paced environments is essential. Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills are required, along with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Experience with cross-functional teams and familiarity with agile development methodologies are also important.
Spring Health offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $150,000 to $202,400, equity options, and comprehensive benefits.
