Senior Product Marketing Manager
Flex is a growth-stage fintech company headquartered in New York City, dedicated to revolutionizing the rent payment experience by offering flexible payment schedules that align with renters' financial needs. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will lead the strategy and execution of key initiatives within Flex's core Rent experience, acting as a strategic partner to Product, Design, and Growth teams to shape product development and market introduction.
In this role, the Senior Product Marketing Manager will own product narratives, in-product experiences, and communication systems to drive adoption, retention, monetization, and customer trust. Responsibilities include defining positioning and product narratives, shaping in-product experiences, leading go-to-market strategies, driving growth through messaging and experimentation, influencing cross-functional strategy, and building scalable product marketing systems.
The ideal candidate will have 7-9 years of experience in product marketing, particularly within high-growth consumer or fintech environments. They should demonstrate a proven track record of leading end-to-end product marketing for complex launches, strong cross-functional influence, strategic and analytical rigor, the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear messaging, and a high level of ownership and initiative.
Flex offers a competitive base salary range of $164,000 to $205,000 USD for candidates in Tier 1 markets (NYC/SF), with adjustments based on geographic location. The company provides a dynamic work environment focused on empowering renters and transforming the rent payment landscape.
