Senior Product Operations Manager
The Senior Product Operations Manager at Motive plays a pivotal role in enhancing the company's hardware product portfolio. In this role, the manager is responsible for defining, implementing, and optimizing processes to streamline the product development lifecycle, thereby increasing team efficiency and capacity. Key responsibilities include developing comprehensive product rollout plans, managing their implementation, and leading Beta programs for hardware testing to ensure rigorous protocols and effective customer feedback loops. Additionally, the manager coordinates with key partners across the company to prepare for new product launches and maximize their impact.
The ideal candidate possesses over six years of experience as a program manager within Product, Sales, or Marketing organizations, with a strong emphasis on hardware and New Product Introduction (NPI). Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, a detail-oriented approach, and a passion for engaging with and learning from customers are essential. Proficiency in data analysis and manipulation using tools such as SQL, Salesforce, or Excel is required, along with a proven track record of driving projects end-to-end and fostering collaboration across organizations at all levels.
Motive offers a competitive compensation package for this role, with a salary range of $121,000 to $185,000 annually. The company provides benefits including health, pharmacy, optical, and dental care, paid time off, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, and 401(k) contributions, subject to eligibility requirements.
