As a Senior Product Quality Engineer at Anduril Industries, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality and reliable products within the Connected Warfare product family, particularly focusing on the EagleEye system. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of advanced defense technologies in a dynamic and innovative environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving product development to achieve superior quality by implementing engineering activities such as detailed design reviews, process development, verification, validation, and qualification of processes and components. You will lead efforts to resolve development ambiguities related to product maturity, process stability, and field performance, ensuring that products meet quality and reliability goals for volume production. Additionally, you will champion the transition from new product introduction to a sustainable and predictable high-rate manufacturing process and supply chain.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, along with experience in engineering, mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, or quality roles within connected devices, automotive, consumer electronics, aerospace/defense, or similar hardware industries. A strong ownership mindset with demonstrated capability to drive projects from start to completion is essential. Proficiency in analytical skills and experience with data mining, data quality, metrics generation, issue management systems, and statistical analysis tools such as MATLAB, JMP, or Minitab are also required. Candidates must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. TS/SCI security clearance.
