Senior Production Software Engineer
Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Production Software Engineer to join our Imaging team in Lexington, Massachusetts. This role focuses on developing product-agnostic software solutions that enhance production efficiency and product quality. As part of a team dedicated to advancing imaging systems, you will contribute to cutting-edge technologies that address significant security challenges for the United States and its allies.
In this position, you will design and implement hardware testing strategies and tools, collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance automation, and create and maintain documentation for testing procedures. Your responsibilities will also include analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing feedback to design teams for product enhancements, and conducting root cause analysis to address production, product, and process issues.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, along with at least 8 years of professional software development experience. Proficiency in Python and MATLAB, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment are essential. Familiarity with Linux, Git, and networking is also required. Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance is necessary for this role.
Anduril offers a competitive salary range of $191,000 to $253,000 USD, along with highly competitive equity grants.
