Senior Program Manager, Global Clinical Training and Programming (EMEA) - Cairo
Spring Health is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Global Clinical Training and Programming to lead the development and implementation of global training strategies. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and clients to deliver high-quality mental health training programs worldwide. The position is remote, based in Cairo, with up to 30% travel for in-person trainings.
Key responsibilities include serving as the primary project manager for non-US clinical training and programming, developing sustainable global training strategies, coordinating logistics for virtual and in-person events, and consulting with large clients to customize training programs. The role also involves measuring training effectiveness and leading planning for global events such as World Mental Health Day.
Candidates must possess a clinical license or equivalent, with 3-5 years of experience in facilitation and event planning. A comprehensive understanding of global challenges in clinical training, strong program management skills, proficiency with Google Suite and Zoom, and knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles are essential.
The target base salary range for this position is 789,600 – 908,040 EGP, determined by experience, location, and other business considerations.
