Senior Program Manager, Global Clinical Training and Programming (Mumbai)
The Senior Program Manager, Global Clinical Training and Programming, will lead the development and implementation of Spring Health's global training initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Clinical Training, this role focuses on creating strategies for clinical training and programming that cater to a diverse, international clientele. The position is remote, based in India, Japan, or Singapore, with travel requirements up to 30% for in-person trainings.
Key responsibilities include serving as the primary project manager for non-U.S. clinical training programs, acting as a subject matter expert across various time zones and cultures, and coordinating logistics for virtual events. The role also involves consulting with large clients to customize training plans, collaborating with global teams on strategy, and partnering with U.S. program managers to ensure cohesive training efforts. Additionally, the manager will measure program effectiveness and lead planning for global events like World Mental Health Day.
Candidates must possess a clinical license or equivalent in their country and have 3-5 years of experience in facilitation and event planning. A comprehensive understanding of global challenges in clinical training, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to build relationships with senior partners are essential. Proficiency in program management, data evaluation, Google Suite, Zoom, and other event platforms is required. A solid grasp of instructional design, adult learning principles, and training evaluation techniques is also necessary.
The target base salary range for this position is 2,301,600 to 2,646,840 INR per year. Compensation is determined based on experience, location, and other relevant factors, with annual reviews to ensure competitive and fair pay.
