Senior Program Manager, Global Clinical Training and Programming (Tokyo)
The Senior Program Manager, Global Clinical Training and Programming, will lead the development and implementation of Spring Health's global training initiatives. This role involves collaborating with international teams to enhance mental health services worldwide. The position is based in Tokyo, Japan, with up to 30% travel required for in-person trainings.
Key responsibilities include serving as the primary project manager for non-US clinical training programs, developing sustainable global training strategies, and coordinating logistics for virtual and in-person events. The role also involves consulting with large clients to customize training plans and partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery.
Candidates must possess a clinical license or equivalent in their country and have 3-5 years of experience in facilitation and event planning. A comprehensive understanding of global challenges in clinical training, proficiency in program management and data evaluation, and strong communication skills are essential. Familiarity with Google Suite, Zoom, and other event platforms is required.
