Senior Program Manager, Product Operations
Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Product Operations within its Tactical Recon & Strike (TRS) division. This division focuses on developing autonomous drones and solid rocket motors, transforming products like Ghost, Anvil, Bolt, and Altius from concepts into operational capabilities. The role is pivotal in bridging product development and full-scale production, ensuring systems are designed for performance, manufacturability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
The Senior Program Manager will lead the transition of products from development to production readiness, emphasizing process optimization, operational excellence, and supply chain stability. Responsibilities include identifying and resolving complex operational challenges, implementing continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean Six Sigma, and managing cross-functional projects across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and finance. The role also involves developing key performance indicators to monitor process health and proactively mitigating risks that could impact production scalability.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related technical field, along with at least five years of experience in program management, operations, or manufacturing within complex hardware industries such as defense, aerospace, or automotive. A proven track record in process excellence, continuous improvement methodologies, and leading products through the maturation lifecycle is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience managing complex projects, and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain management are also required. Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance is mandatory.
The position offers a competitive salary range of $166,000 to $220,000 USD annually, with actual compensation varying based on factors like experience and education.
