Senior Program Manager, Product Operations
Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Product Operations within its Tactical Recon & Strike (TRS) division. This role focuses on advancing autonomous drones and solid rocket motors from concept to full-scale production, ensuring these products meet performance, manufacturability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness standards.
The Senior Program Manager will lead the transition of products from development to production readiness, emphasizing process optimization, operational excellence, and supply chain stability. Responsibilities include identifying and resolving complex operational challenges, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and managing cross-functional projects across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and finance teams.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related technical field, along with over five years of experience in program management, operations, or manufacturing within complex hardware industries such as defense, aerospace, or automotive. Essential skills include expertise in process excellence methodologies, a proven track record in product maturation, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and experience managing multi-disciplinary projects.
The position offers a competitive salary range of $166,000 to $220,000 annually, complemented by comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans at little to no cost.
