Key responsibilities include serving as the lead point of contact for key defense accounts, establishing and nurturing strong relationships with military leadership, program offices, and operational end-users. The Senior Program Manager will develop a deep understanding of client mission objectives and operational environments to proactively position Anduril's Rocket Motor Systems. Additionally, the role involves navigating complex government procurement processes and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality solution delivery.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in a technical field or business administration, along with over five years of experience in program or project management within the defense, aerospace, or government contracting sectors. Experience with military operations, rocket motor systems, or complex technical product support is highly preferred. An active Secret or Top Secret security clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain one, is required. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and exceptional communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Anduril Industries offers a competitive salary range of $146,000 to $194,000 per year for this position.
