The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and over 3 years of proven expertise in operational management or strategic consulting of programmatic campaigns. A profound understanding of the digital media landscape, including DSPs, data management platforms, inventories, and verification technologies, is essential. Strong data handling skills in Excel and PowerPoint, excellent communication skills in German and English, and a data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement are also required.
