Senior Programmatic Manager (Mensch)
The Senior Programmatic Manager at WPP Media is responsible for both the strategic development and operational execution of programmatic activities for clients. This role involves leading the programmatic team to establish and uphold standards and guidelines within the agency, ensuring best practices are consistently applied. Key responsibilities include analyzing campaign results to derive optimization measures, monitoring ongoing campaigns within various Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), and ensuring properly configured and continuously optimized setups. The role also involves contributing to the selection of suitable target audiences, technologies, and inventory for programmatic buying, as well as collaborating closely with internal specialist teams and external partners in an international environment.
The ideal candidate holds a university degree with a focus on Marketing, Media Studies, or a comparable field, and possesses over 3 years of professional experience in online marketing. A profound understanding of the digital media landscape, including DSPs, data management platforms, inventories, and verification technologies, is essential. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and excellent communication abilities in both German and English are required.
