Candidates are expected to have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field, along with extensive experience in propulsion system design and development. Proficiency in 3D CAD software, finite element analysis, and relevant simulation tools is required. Strong problem-solving skills, hands-on test experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment are essential. Previous experience with liquid rocket engines or space vehicle propulsion systems is highly valued.
