Senior Quality Engineer

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to join our growing team in Lexington, Massachusetts. This role is pivotal in ensuring our manufacturing processes and products meet the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality assurance protocols, driving continuous improvement and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Key responsibilities include leading initiatives to enhance product design and manufacturing processes, conducting thorough inspections and data analyses, and developing key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality across product lines. The Senior Quality Engineer will also be responsible for managing supplier evaluations, supporting material review board activities, and implementing corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, along with over five years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or quality within the aerospace, defense, automotive, or medical device industries. Proficiency in quality management systems such as ISO 9001 and AS9100, as well as familiarity with quality core tools like Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA), is essential. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving approach are critical for success in this role.

Anduril Industries offers a competitive salary range of $146,000 to $194,000 USD for this position.
