The Senior Radio Frequency Test & Integration Engineer, Electronic Warfare at Anduril Industries is a pivotal role within the Electronic Warfare team. This position focuses on developing and maintaining test strategies for RF products, supporting integration testing, and analyzing failures in electronic warfare systems. Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining electrical system test strategies and plans for various Electronic Warfare (EW) and Radio Frequency (RF) products. The engineer will characterize wireless communication systems and devices, analyze and drive coverage of failures observed in integration and system-level testing, and perform integration testing of subassemblies and systems, including RF and digital hardware, firmware, embedded software, and application software. Additionally, the role involves facilitating electrical system performance, calibration, durability, and environmental testing of developmental components and systems per test plans.

Required qualifications include a minimum of 8 years of relevant industry experience with an emphasis on hardware, software, and/or system validation and verification testing. A bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related fields is necessary. The candidate should be skilled with test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and vector network analyzers. Familiarity with Linux applications, including command line interfaces and shell scripting, as well as programming languages like Python or Matlab for data parsing, analysis, and test automation, is essential. Strong root cause analysis skills and the ability to travel up to 50% to support test integration and commissioning at remote sites are also required. An active U.S. Secret security clearance is mandatory.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $146,000 to $194,000 annually.
