Senior Recruiter- Leadership Recruiting
CLEAR is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead leadership recruiting efforts across critical functions within the organization. This role involves close collaboration with the Director of Talent Acquisition and senior stakeholders to define and fill high-impact, business-critical positions. The Senior Recruiter will act as a strategic talent advisor, shaping search strategies and enhancing the company's ability to attract top-tier leadership talent.
Key responsibilities include partnering with CLEAR’s Senior Leadership Team to identify and engage exceptional leaders, building and executing proactive sourcing strategies, and developing talent pipelines for future leadership needs. The role also involves continuously refining recruiting processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience, leveraging data to inform decisions, and championing CLEAR’s employer brand through every candidate interaction.
The ideal candidate will have over seven years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on leadership or executive hiring. A proven track record of closing senior-level candidates in competitive markets is essential. Deep expertise in proactive sourcing and talent mapping for leadership roles, strong stakeholder management skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding candidate experiences are also required. A data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to improve recruiting performance is highly valued.
CLEAR offers a comprehensive compensation package, including a base salary range of $140,000 to $170,000, depending on skills and experience.
