Braze is seeking a Senior Reseller Sales Manager to join our South EMEA Sales Organization, focusing on expanding and managing our reseller partnerships in Spain. This role is integral to our Alloys partner ecosystem, which includes leading agencies, consultancies, and tech partners dedicated to enhancing customer experiences. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in acquiring new customers and fostering growth within our existing client base.

The Senior Reseller Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market plans with reseller partners, generating quality new business pipelines. Key duties include supporting the sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure in collaboration with partners, advancing differentiated value propositions, and ensuring accountability and reciprocity within partnerships. The role also involves reviewing sales metrics, maintaining dashboards for leadership communication, and collaborating cross-functionally with departments such as Tech and Cloud Partnerships, Partner Marketing, and Partner Education & Enablement.

Candidates should possess over 8 years of experience in SaaS and MarTech companies, with a strong background in sales management and channel or partner sales. Proven expertise in recruiting and nurturing resellers is essential, along with a deep understanding of the agency and marketing services ecosystem. The role requires a proactive approach, strong execution skills, and the ability to lead through ambiguity. Fluency in Spanish is mandatory.
