Senior Sales Account Executive
As a Senior Sales Account Executive at Square, you will be instrumental in expanding our reach to small and midsize businesses across diverse industries. This role is part of our Outbound Sales Team, focusing on introducing Square's comprehensive ecosystem to new sellers. In this position, you will manage the entire outbound sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals with SMB and mid-market merchants. Your responsibilities include building and maintaining a high-quality pipeline through cold outreach, social selling, and targeted campaigns. You will develop tailored, multi-product solutions that address each merchant's unique needs, conduct impactful discovery calls and demos, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer success.
The ideal candidate possesses over four years of full-cycle B2B sales experience with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding quotas. Proven success in outbound prospecting and acquiring new business, particularly in SaaS or fintech sectors, is essential. Strong consultative selling skills, exceptional communication abilities across various channels, and proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales tools are required. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is also necessary.
Square offers a competitive compensation package, with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) range of $152,300 to $228,500 CAD, which includes target variable compensation.
