As a Senior Sales Account Executive at Square, you will be a key member of our Outbound Sales Team, focusing on expanding our client base among small and mid-sized businesses. Square, a subsidiary of Block, is dedicated to providing integrated, omnichannel solutions that empower businesses to sell online, manage inventory, and access financial services seamlessly.

In this role, you will own the full outbound sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals with SMB and mid-market merchants. Your day-to-day activities will include building and managing a high-quality pipeline through cold outreach, social selling, and targeted campaigns. You will develop multi-product solutions tailored to each merchant's unique needs and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Implementation, and Operations teams to deliver cohesive solutions.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience with a consistent record of quota achievement. Proven success in outbound prospecting and net-new business creation, particularly in SaaS or fintech industries, is highly desirable. Strong consultative selling skills, exceptional communication abilities, and proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales tools are essential.
