Senior Sales Account Executive
As a Senior Sales Account Executive at Square, you will be a key member of our Outbound Sales Team, focusing on expanding our client base among small and mid-sized businesses. In this role, you will own the full outbound sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, targeting small and mid-market merchants. Your responsibilities include building and managing a high-quality pipeline through cold outreach, social selling, and targeted campaigns. You will develop multi-product solutions tailored to each merchant's unique needs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding and client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has over three years of full-cycle B2B sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Experience in outbound prospecting and new business creation, particularly in SaaS or fintech industries, is preferred. Strong consultative selling skills, exceptional communication abilities, and proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales tools are essential.
