This role involves developing and executing outbound sales strategies to introduce Square's comprehensive ecosystem to prospective merchants. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in new logo sales and demonstrate a proactive, self-starting approach.

Key responsibilities include understanding the unique business and technological needs of restaurant merchants to deliver tailored, consultative sales solutions. The role requires conducting prospecting activities such as cold calling, emailing, and social selling to build a robust pipeline. The executive will lead discovery calls, provide product demonstrations, and develop solutions that align with the prospect's requirements. Additionally, the position involves collaborating with the Business Development Team to convert outbound leads and overseeing the sales cycle from initial contact to successful onboarding.

Candidates should have a minimum of three years of experience in a full-cycle closing sales role, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. The role demands the ability to independently drive deals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, along with business development experience in sourcing and acquiring new logos. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools is also necessary.
