Square is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Account Executive to join our Outbound Sales Team, focusing on restaurant owners, particularly small to mid-sized businesses. This role involves developing and executing outbound sales strategies to introduce Square's comprehensive ecosystem to new clients. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong background in new logo sales and a passion for helping businesses grow.

In this position, you will be responsible for understanding the unique business and technological needs of restaurant merchants and providing tailored solutions through a consultative sales approach. Key responsibilities include prospecting, conducting discovery calls, delivering product demonstrations, and developing customized solutions that align with client requirements. You will manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients. Additionally, collaboration with the Business Development team to convert outbound leads and achieve monthly sales targets is essential.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of full-cycle sales experience, preferably in a closing role, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing complex deals. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. Strong communication skills, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools are also necessary. A collaborative mindset and experience in business development, particularly in sourcing and acquiring new clients, will be advantageous.

Square offers a competitive compensation package, with salary ranges varying based on location. For example, in Zone A, the salary range is $156,200 to $234,200, while in Zone D, it ranges from $129,600 to $194,400. These amounts include target variable compensation.
