Motive is seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team in Nashville, Tennessee. As a key member of our Sales Development team, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving the company's growth. Motive empowers businesses in the physical economy with tools to enhance safety, productivity, and profitability, serving nearly 100,000 customers across various industries.

In this role, you will engage prospective clients through cold calls, emails, and other outbound efforts to identify and qualify new opportunities. Collaborating closely with Account Executives, you will strategize on outreach and deal progression, uncovering prospect pain points and positioning appropriate solutions. Your day-to-day activities will include scheduling qualified meetings, staying informed about our products and industry trends, and consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly pipeline goals.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree and has at least one year of post-graduate experience. A strong work ethic, resilience, and a drive to succeed are essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a coachable attitude, and a team-first mindset are also important. While prior experience with cold calling or CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus, it is not mandatory.

Motive offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, with on-target earnings ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 annually.
