Senior Site Reliability Engineer - Developer, Connected Warfare
Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our Connected Warfare team in Costa Mesa, California. This role focuses on developing and maintaining platforms that enhance the capabilities of deployment engineers, directly impacting the effectiveness of warfighters. In this position, you will develop solutions to support deployment engineers in new and existing markets, enabling efficient delivery of warfighting capabilities. Responsibilities include collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to define and execute integration strategies, designing and delivering scalable and fault-tolerant systems, and building strong relationships with internal and external customers to identify technical solutions to their challenges. Additionally, you will lead post-mortem events to drive continuous organizational improvement and build sustainable mechanisms to support the company's scaling efforts.
Candidates must possess a STEM degree or equivalent technical experience, with a minimum of seven years in operations and engineering. Required expertise includes proficiency in areas such as networking, cloud technologies, application development, hardware design, and cybersecurity. Preferred qualifications encompass the ability to drive consensus across stakeholders, experience in developing solutions for complex environments, and familiarity with deploying autonomous weapon systems across command echelons. Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Python, Rust, or C++ is also desirable.
The salary range for this role is between $191,000 and $208,000 per year.
