Senior Software Engineer, Delivery Loop
Webflow is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Developer Productivity Pillar, focusing on the Delivery Loop team. This role is pivotal in enhancing how our engineers build, test, and deliver value to our customers, with a goal to significantly reduce cycle times by 50% or more. In this position, you will drive the implementation and maintenance of Webflow’s build system, ensuring its scalability, reliability, and performance. You will oversee the configuration and management of multiple development environments, providing guidance to maintain consistency across teams. Defining and enforcing development processes and best practices will be key to improving efficiency and quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Additionally, you will spearhead deployment strategies for production environments, implementing robust rollback mechanisms and monitoring solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, with over 5 years in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Infrastructure Engineering roles. Proficiency in deploying and managing large-scale Node.js applications in production environments using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services is essential. A deep understanding of cloud-native architectures and best practices for building resilient, scalable, and secure applications on AWS is required. Experience in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines tailored for Node.js projects, integrating automated testing and deployment processes, is also crucial.
