As a Senior Software Engineer I on the Care Innovation team at Spring Health, you will play a pivotal role in developing new product initiatives aimed at transforming mental healthcare. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience, along with over five years of experience as a software engineer with a proven track record of delivering successful products, preferably in the healthcare sector. Exceptional communication skills are essential, as is the ability to navigate ambiguity and make autonomous decisions. Experience in startup environments and familiarity with TypeScript, Ruby, and Python are advantageous.
Spring Health offers a competitive base salary range of $183,000 to $205,550, complemented by equity and comprehensive benefits.
