Senior Software Engineer I, (Mobile) Activation
The Senior Software Engineer I, Mobile Activation position at Spring Health focuses on developing and optimizing features within the mobile team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build scalable, reliable, and intuitive mobile features for both iOS and Android platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities involve designing, implementing, and testing new functionalities, driving improvements in user activation and engagement, and contributing to architectural decisions that ensure robust product performance. You will also participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality mobile releases.
The ideal candidate has deep experience in mobile software engineering, including proficiency in either Swift (iOS) or Kotlin (Android), and a proven track record of contributing to production-level mobile apps. Strong problem-solving abilities, an understanding of mobile application security best practices, and experience shipping apps in a fast-paced, agile environment are required. Familiarity with modern CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and analytics-driven product development is also important.
