Senior Software Engineer, QualityOS
Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join its Internal Tools team, focusing on the development of QualityOS, the company's custom production quality management system. This role is pivotal in architecting and implementing mission-critical applications that streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency. As part of a dynamic team, the engineer will contribute to scaling Anduril into a next-generation defense prime.
The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for creating elegant SaaS or on-premise solutions that surpass current market offerings. Key duties include contributing high-quality code, specializing in a portion of the full stack (backend, frontend, or integration), collaborating with a high-functioning team to complete business-critical projects, and automating company operations to drive cost savings.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in software engineering, preferably in fast-paced environments, and hold a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field. Experience with large enterprise applications requiring high availability, proficiency in web-based technologies such as JavaScript, React, TypeScript, or frameworks like Remix or NextJS, and the ability to empathize with end-users to balance user experience with engineering constraints are essential. U.S. Person status is required due to access to export-controlled data.
The position offers a competitive salary range of $191,000 to $253,000 USD annually, along with highly competitive equity grants.
