The Senior Software Engineering Manager will define and implement strategies for delivering complex customer projects, transitioning them from research and development to full-scale production. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of software-driven programs, overseeing system design, software development, integration, testing, and deployment. The role also involves building and leading a dedicated software engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Candidates must possess a deep understanding of unmanned aircraft and autonomous robotics systems, with a proven track record in rigorous software development and validation processes. The position offers a competitive salary range of $190,000 to $252,000 annually, with highly competitive equity grants included in the compensation package.
