Senior Software Technical Recruiter, Air Dominance & Strike
Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Software Technical Recruiter to lead the full-cycle hiring strategy for our software teams within the Air Dominance and Strike division. This role is pivotal in identifying and attracting top-tier software talent to support our mission of transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. The position is based in our Costa Mesa, CA office, operating in a hybrid onsite capacity.
Key responsibilities include developing and optimizing recruiting strategies using advanced prospecting techniques and tools to enhance candidate management processes. The recruiter will collaborate closely with the talent acquisition team, hiring managers, and senior leadership to shape recruitment strategies, guide process improvements, and drive complex hiring projects. Additionally, the role involves advising on workforce planning through regular strategic updates and business reviews.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. A minimum of 5 years in talent acquisition, preferably in executive search and divisional hiring, is required. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to convey complex information simply, drive data-driven narratives, and exhibit leadership in fast-paced environments with a focus on strategic stakeholder alignment. Eligibility to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance is mandatory.
Compensation for this contract role ranges from $60 to $70 per hour, with eligibility for conversion to a full-time position.
