Senior Solutions Architect
As a Senior Solutions Architect at Celonis, you will lead the deployment of containerized solutions within customer environments, ensuring seamless integration and optimal utilization of the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. This role is pivotal in translating customer technical requirements into effective solutions, facilitating user adoption, and driving value realization.
Your primary responsibilities will include conducting technical discussions to analyze customer architectures, recommending and implementing optimal containerized solutions, and managing real-time data integrations between customer systems and Celonis via APIs and internal tools. Additionally, you will guide customers on authentication, user management, and provisioning best practices to eliminate technical barriers to adoption.
The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience deploying and managing containerized applications on Kubernetes, with advanced knowledge of distributions such as Amazon EKS, Azure AKS, or RedHat OpenShift. Proficiency in infrastructure as code tools like Terraform, and familiarity with modern tech stacks including REST/SOAP API management, data ingestion and streaming (e.g., Kafka), SSO, LDAP, and IT security are essential. Strong project management skills and a customer-centric approach are also required.
