Senior Solutions Consultant
The Senior Solutions Consultant at Braze plays a crucial role as a customer-facing technology expert within the company’s Solutions Consulting team. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to identify client needs, craft strategic solutions, and present recommendations that drive value. Additionally, you’ll assist in responding to RFPs and RFIs, and support the sales process with detailed technical knowledge and industry insights.
