The Senior Solutions Consultant, Media and Entertainment role at Braze is a pivotal position within the Solutions Consulting team, focusing on delivering technical expertise and strategic guidance to prospective clients in the media and entertainment sector. This role is based in Chicago and requires up to 50% travel during peak times.
In this role, the consultant will lead complex pre-sales opportunities by conducting structured discovery sessions to understand customer goals and constraints, delivering tailored product demonstrations and technical deep dives, and designing technical validations that build customer confidence in Braze's capabilities. Collaboration with Account Executives and cross-functional teams is essential to develop account strategies and ensure seamless handoffs to post-sales teams.
The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, experience in leading complex sales cycles, and a collaborative approach to teamwork. A background in selling to enterprise accounts, particularly within regulated industries, is preferred. Domain knowledge in areas such as AI, SaaS, mobile technologies, APIs, marketing automation, and data architecture is highly desirable.
Braze offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary ranging from $92,000 to $140,000 per year, with On Target Earnings (OTE) between $132,000 and $200,000 annually, which includes bonuses or commissions.
