Senior Sponsorship Manager

The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to create compelling sponsorship proposals, attending client meetings and pitches, and building a strong long-term pipeline. Meeting quarterly sales goals, understanding trends within entertainment and social media, leading a team of sponsorship professionals, and representing the company at industry events are also essential duties.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in sponsorship management, business development, or a related field, with a proven track record of securing and managing high-value sponsorships. Strong client relationship-building skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and an entrepreneurial attitude are essential. The candidate should be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, capable of creative thinking and data-driven decision-making, and skilled in crafting presentations and written materials. Strong project management skills and fluency in English are required.
