Senior Staff Engineer, Developer Productivity
Webflow is seeking a Senior Staff Engineer to join our Developer Productivity team, focusing on enhancing the internal platforms that support our engineering organization. In this role, you will drive engineering innovation across the company by researching and implementing new tools, frameworks, and methodologies. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to architect and deliver high-quality solutions, conduct thorough architectural reviews, and mentor engineers to foster a culture of continuous learning.
The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, a passion for building internal platforms that prioritize developer experience, and proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python. Experience with modern web technologies like React, Node.js, and frameworks such as Next.js and Remix is essential. A solid grasp of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes, as well as experience designing RESTful and GraphQL APIs, is required. Familiarity with monorepo management and implementing safe deployment patterns is also important.
Compensation for this role varies based on geographic location. In the United States, base pay ranges from $204,800 to $290,000, while in Canada, it ranges from CAD 253,000 to CAD 316,000.
