Senior Staff Engineer, SOC Design

The engineer will also analyze performance, power, area, and timing trade-offs to deliver efficient designs and support design verification through debugging and validation processes.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with 15+ years of experience, a Master's degree with 13+ years, or a Ph.D. with 10+ years of industry experience. A strong technical background in SSD architecture, storage technologies, DRAM architecture, and memory subsystem design is essential. Experience with data integrity mechanisms and a proven ability to collaborate effectively across various teams are also required.
The position offers a competitive salary range of $168,000 to $268,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
